What we’re looking for:
Renegade is looking for a self-starter to manage the operational and community demands of a growing start-up. We are searching for a super leader to help manage various aspects of a growing start up, including community onboarding, engagement and management, project management, establishing systems and processes, and problem solving the day to day challenges of a small business. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, organized, ambitious and entrepreneurial.This person will have natural problem-solving and ‘figure-it-out’ skills and a desire to work directly with the COO of a rapidly growing company. The goal is to help amplify our COO’s time by passionately owning tasks and responsibilities previously managed by the COO. You will help boost our time and efficiency by creating and automating processes, creating brand templates, managing deliverables across various teams, and jumping into the needs of a startup. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy figuring out ways to streamline work, have the ability to wear different hats and pivot as the needs of a startup change.

  • Act as a key liaison pertaining to the COO’s time, availability, and priorities internally with all teams and stakeholders
  • Act as a surrogate for the COO in meetings as directed - Take notes, report back to theCEO, and be the voice of the executive where appropriate
  • Travel (when necessary) with our COO to business development meetings to absorb and create project plans
  • Create project plans for enterprise engagements, ensuring highest client satisfaction and streamlined operations
  • Engage and manage our Renegade Collective, providing community support, introductions, onboarding, and assistance to our members
  • Upkeep of the database and other systems
  • Creation of automated tools to allow for scalability in business development and community engagement
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

  • 2-5 years experience
  • Experience managing projects across multiple weeks and teams
  • A love for community and creative ways to engage our community
  • Keen eye for detail and proactive thinker
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • The ability to work independently and as a partner to collaborate on overall strategic goals
